Access to and use of our web site ("the Site") and the Sale and Purchase of products from the Site are governed by the Terms and Conditions set out below. By using the Site you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site.

We are not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site, nor have we reviewed any such site. If you link to any off-site pages or other sites without our prior written permission, such action will be at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for the contents of any web site which is electronically linked to the Site and which is not maintained by us.

3. Price
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
All prices are subject to any changes to the rate or applicability of VAT.
All item prices are exclusive of postage and delivery. Please see our shipping page for details. We currently only ship within the UK.
Prices are correct at the time of order only and relate to Internet purchases only. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply any particular person.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit or debit cards through our e-commerce provider "Paypal" and "Nochex". All online transactions are 100% secure.
We also accept telephone orders through our retail store on 020 8698 2723.
Postal Orders and Cheques should be made payable to "Downham Tackle" and sent to 443 Bromley Road, Downham, Bromley, KENT BR1 4PH. If paying by cheque, orders will not be despatched until payment has been cleared.
5. Delivery
All products are sent by courier and Royal Mail. You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.
We aim to deliver your order straight away (unless it is an item that has to be custom made) usually you should receive your order within 2 working days.
All items listed in this website are subject to availability from our suppliers. If we run out of stock we shall contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date.
6. Returns
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases as we endeavour to supply the highest quality items. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied in any way then please contact us on 020 8698 2723 or email us at downhamtackle@yahoo.co.uk .
You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products, providing the products are returned unused, still in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
Exceptions to the above are
- DVDs and Videos will only be accepted if the packaging has been unopened and the security seal is still intact.
- All Frozen Baits.
7. Faulty Items
Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components.
For items to be returned more than six months after the time of purchase please contact Downham Tackle.
Faults developed within the 12 month manufacturer's warranty assistance will be provided by way of spares or a repair depending on the type of product purchased.
8. Descriptions
At Downham Tackle we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Downham Tackle does not warrant that the product descriptions or content of this site is always 100% accurate, complete or error free. If a product offered by Downham Tackle itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in an unused condition.
9. General
Please note that our products and promotions are only available in mainland United Kingdom and, as such, may be unavailable in the region or country from which you are accessing the Site.
